I provided technical direction for a festival of oud masterclasses, collaborative music-making and live performance in Leipzig.
The first Leipzig Oud Festival brought musicians together through masterclasses, rehearsals, open jams and concerts. Its programme connected different approaches to the oud, culminating in a performance at Peterskirche with solo, ensemble and orchestral arrangements alongside video art.
I worked as technical director, with Forte E.V. as organiser and Umerigu as host.
