Vintage Azul

Light · 2024

Folded translucent plastic separated points of light into amber, cyan and magenta.

Translucent plastic was stretched across a black frame and lit from behind. Its folds split the LED light into bands of colour.

Made for a dark corner or a wall at night, Vintage Azul gave very little light. Its presence came from the surface, the folds and the colours they revealed.
