Bassel Shalgheen

Bassel Shalgheen is a theatre-maker and dramaturg living in Germany, with experience in Syria and Lebanon, and currently working between Berlin and Leipzig. His work investigates questions of purpose, the absurd, and the everyday, beginning from text and evolving toward the body as the main site of expression.
